Leonard Cheshire Archive Films now Audio Described
Accessibility: 8 Audio Described versions of our films are now available
Audio described films have been produced from our film archive to provide access to people with visual impairments, and can now be viewed online. This includes all five of the very special Le Court Film Unit films that were created by residents at Le Court in the 1950s/60s.
Throughout the whole project we have worked hard to make sure that our website and the content included on it is as accessible to as many people as possible.
The films below have all been Audio Described and can be viewed on our website by clicking the following links:
At Home with Le Court (Le Court Film Unit)
Challenge (Le Court Film Unit)
Living Proof (Le Court Film Unit)
No Limit (Le Court Film Unit)
Words Without Hands (Le Court Film Unit)
Each film also has a transcript available in Word format, and each film is also available without Audio Description and with subtitles, to provide access for those with hearing impairments. Access to these versions of the films can be found through our Films page.
