On the 23rd August our archivist Stephanie gave a presentation to members of the Archives and Records Association (ARA) West Midlands region. The presentation was about ‘Online Volunteering: Innovations, Opportunities and Challenges’.

Stephanie shared how the Leonard Cheshire Archive set up the Resonate project and the challenges and opportunities faced whilst running a digital voluntering project during a pandemic.

Resonate was a project to digitise our historic sound collection and share the history of our charity, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Foyle Foundation. It ran from 2019-2021.
