Archive Oral Histories - Biddy Murray

An oral history recording with Biddy Murray, a former volunteer at Mayfield House and Heatherley Cheshire Homes. Subtitles are available. Biddy talks about Dr Ginger Farrell and his wife Pam Farrell who founded Heatherley and her memories of Leonard Cheshire and her thoughts on his personality and impact. She remembers writer Peter Marshall, one of whose books became a film and accompanying a resident on a trip to Lourdes. Later she helped Leonard Cheshire with a film about the Shroud of Turin and volunteered for Leonard Cheshire in Edinburgh.
